施衣時者，自恣竟，無迦絺那衣一月，有迦絺那衣五月，除此已餘時勸化作食并施衣者是也。
"A time of robe-distribution" means after the pravāraṇā: for one month if there is no kaṭhina robe, for five months if there is a kaṭhina robe, and other than these, any other time when one solicits donors to provide food and distribute robes.
