「印即金剛拳，各膝上置，瞋目四方見。若有誦持此偈呪，是人消滅百八煩惱及六十二見，得無量福德自在。所以者何？此真言諸佛所稱歎，從此真言中我心法，此大陀羅尼偈調伏諸惡事。若誦此偈時，可念諸大惡物毘那夜迦、諸大惡鬼神王、眾外道、天地四方魔鬼眾、國內大小神等，皆悉禁縛，攝行者心內。若一遍誦音頻引瞋音降伏，音誦了即念吽字、羅字、欠字。

"The mudrā is the vajra fist: place each upon the knees, and look into the four quarters with glaring eyes. If there is someone who recites and upholds this verse-incantation, this person will extinguish the one hundred and eight afflictions and the sixty-two views, and attain boundless merit and mastery. Why is this? This mantra is praised by all the Buddhas. From this mantra comes my mental method; this great dhāraṇī verse subjugates all evil matters. When reciting this verse, one should visualize that all great evil things, Vināyakas, great evil spirit kings, the various non-Buddhists, the hordes of demons and ghosts of heaven, earth, and the four directions, and the great and small spirits within the land, are all bound and gathered within the practitioner's mind. Recite it once, drawing out the tone repeatedly in a wrathful sound of subjugation; having finished reciting with this sound, then visualize the syllables HŪṂ, RA, and KHA.
