第一維衛佛說，有一萬八千病，以一呪悉已治之，此陀羅尼名穌盧都呵（晉言梵音決定）。

Spoken by the first [Buddha], Vipaśyin Buddha: There are eighteen thousand diseases, and with one spell he treated them all. This dhāraṇī is called sūludūhe (in the language of the Jin: "decisive brahma-voice").
