第一惟越佛說，有一萬八千病，以一呪悉已治之，此陀羅尼名蘇盧都呵，晉言梵音決定。

First: Spoken by Vipaśyin Buddha. There are eighteen thousand illnesses, and with a single mantra all are cured. This dhāraṇī is called sulūduhe (sūlutuhē), which in the language of Jin means "Definitive Brahma Sound".
