第七釋迦牟尼佛欲說大陀羅尼名烏穌耆晝膩多（晉言金光照曜），消除三界眾生幽冥隱滯，拔其危難。此陀羅尼句，乃是過去九十九億諸佛所說，我今說之。

The seventh [Buddha], Śākyamuni Buddha, wished to speak the great dhāraṇī called wūsūqízhòunìduō (in the language of the Jin: "Golden Light Resplendence"), eliminating the darkness, gloom, and stagnation of sentient beings in the three realms, and pulling them out of peril and distress. The verses of this dhāraṇī were spoken by ninety-nine hundred million past Buddhas; I now speak them.
