兜率陀天王我欲說大陀羅尼，名者蜜穌兜（晉言）救諸病苦賑給貧窮，令諸行人速得三乘聖果，如天降雨令諸農夫多收果實。

I, the Heavenly King of Tuṣita, wish to speak a great dhāraṇī named zhemisudu (in the language of Jin: Rescuing from All Ills and Suffering, Relieving the Poor), causing all practitioners to swiftly attain the noble fruits of the three vehicles, like rain falling from heaven causing farmers to reap a bountiful harvest.
