3.17

我娑伽羅龍王今欲說神呪，名阿那耆置盧（晉言）普雨法雨於四天下中無不蒙潤，除諸眾生欝蒸熱惱，諸渴乏者令得豐足。

"I, Sāgara Nāgarāja, now wish to speak a dhāraṇī spell named Anaqizhilu (in the language of Jin: Universally Raining the Dharma Rain, so that throughout the four continents none fail to be moistened; dispelling the oppressive, steaming, burning afflictions of sentient beings; and causing all who are thirsty and destitute to obtain abundance and sufficiency).
