我娑伽羅龍王今欲說神呪，名阿那耆置盧，晉言普雨法雨，於四天下中無不蒙潤，除諸眾生欝蒸熱惱，諸渴乏者令得豐足。

I, the Nāga King Sāgara, now wish to speak a dhāraṇī-mantra named Anāgīciru (in the language of Jin: Universally Raining the Dharma-Rain, Moistening Everywhere in the Four Continents, Dispelling the Oppressive Heat and Affliction of Sentient Beings, and Causing All Who Are Thirsty and Destitute to Be Abundantly Satisfied).
