3.29

我摩那斯龍王今欲說呪，名陀摩叉帝（晉言）為護法故拯濟群萌拔生死苦令得脫難。

I, Manasvin Nāgarāja, now wish to speak a spell named Tuomoxiadi (in the language of Jin: 'Rescuing the multitudes and pulling them out of the sufferings of birth and death for the sake of protecting the Dharma, so that they may attain deliverance from perils').
