摩那斯龍王今欲說呪，名陀摩叉帝，晉言為護法故拯濟群萌，拔生死苦令得脫難。
The Nāga King Manasvin now wishes to speak a mantra named *Dharmakṣiti, which in the language of Jin means 'delivering all living beings for the sake of protecting the Dharma, pulling out the suffering of birth and death, and causing them to escape hardship'.
