3.32

我漚波羅龍王今欲說神呪，名伊提姤摩（晉言）稱眾生心不違其意，譬如大海七珍具足取者皆得，其不取者非龍王咎。

I, Utpala Nāgarāja, now wish to speak a dhāraṇī spell named Yitihoumou (in the language of Jin: 'Accordant with the minds of sentient beings and not going against their wishes; like the great ocean fully possessing the seven treasures, all who take them obtain them, and if one does not take them, it is not the fault of the nāga king').
