我大功德天女今欲說神呪名兜樓呼帝盧（晉言），護助正法，愍苦眾生。

"I, the Heavenly Maiden Mahāpuṇyalakṣmī, now wish to speak a dhāraṇī spell named Doulouhudilu (in the language of Jin: 'protecting and aiding the true Dharma, having pity on suffering sentient beings').
