4.106

於月生一日，設使左耳痛，南向坐；右耳痛，北向坐。向東向門，病人門內坐，呪師門外坐。水亦門外呪二七遍，三𠹀之。

On the first day of the new moon, if the left ear aches, sit facing south; if the right ear aches, sit facing north. Face east toward the door, with the patient sitting inside the door and the spell-master sitting outside the door. Water is also empowered outside the door with the spell two times seven times, and sprayed [upon the patient] three times.
