取釜下炊湯二升半、雞子黃許、白蜜和，與病人服之，正南而坐，念日月燈明王佛，作四拜，禮七過，吸半雞子已唾之。

Take two and a half sheng of hot water from under the cooking pot, mix in about one egg yolk and white honey, and give it to the patient to drink. Sitting facing due south, they should be mindful of the Buddha King Lamp of the Sun and Moon, make four bows, prostrate seven times, sip half an egg's volume, and then spit it out.
