取釜下炊湯二升半，雞子黃、白蜜和，與病人服之。正南而坐，念日月燈明佛，作四拜禮七過，吸半雞子已唾。

Take two and a half sheng of hot water from cooking beneath the cauldron, blend it with egg yolk and white honey, and give it to the patient to drink. Sitting facing due south, they should be mindful of Candrasūryapradīpa Buddha, make four prostrations and seven reverences, sip half an egg's worth, and then spit.
