I, Bodhisattva Śākyamālin, now wish to speak a great dhāraṇī spell to guard and protect sentient beings, so that the decline and weakness of kingdoms, wars, bandits, and epidemics will all be eliminated. The efficacy of the great dhāraṇī spell spoken is like this.
