此陀羅尼神力，能使三千大千世界六種震動，山河石壁跛𨁟踊沒，其中眾生悉發無上菩提之心。能除七十七億劫生死重罪，眾生一切病苦悉皆消滅，無有遺餘。其中眾生書寫讀誦此陀羅尼一句名者，百千萬億恒河沙世重惡罪業摧滅無餘。

The spiritual power of this dhāraṇī can cause the great trichiliocosm to undergo the six kinds of earthquakes, with mountains, rivers, and rock walls leaping up and sinking down, and the sentient beings therein all generate the aspiration for unsurpassed bodhi. It can eliminate the grave offenses of birth and death spanning seventy-seven billion eons; all illness and suffering of sentient beings are extinguished without remainder. If any sentient beings write down, read, and recite even a single phrase or the name of this dhāraṇī, the grave evil karmas of hundreds of thousands of koṭis of Gaṅgā-sands of lifetimes will be destroyed without remainder.
