我大勢至菩薩欲說大陀羅尼名阿那耆置盧，晉言救諸病苦斷疑網，拔四毒箭令出三界。

I, Mahāsthāmaprāpta Bodhisattva, wish to speak a great dhāraṇī named anaqizhilu (which in the Jin language means 'relieving all suffering of sickness, severing the net of doubts, extracting the four poisonous arrows, and causing escape from the three realms').
