彼毘沙門大天王於一切鬼神羅剎中最尊，勅令一切鬼神羅剎，便說是呪。得呪大呪，所行即疾，耗亂睡眠，得無一切皆不成。如是。

That Great Heavenly King Vaiśravaṇa is the most honored among all ghosts, spirits, and rākṣasas; he commands all ghosts, spirits, and rākṣasas, and then speaks this mantra. Having obtained this mantra, this great mantra, its working is swift: causing exhaustion, confusion, and slumber, is there anything that is not accomplished? It is thus.
