我忉利天王，愍念眾生故，欲說大神呪，名胡蘇兜那，晉言去除垢穢慈悲拯濟拔眾生苦。
I, the king of the Trāyastriṃśa Heaven, out of sympathy for sentient beings, wish to speak a great dhāraṇī-mantra, named husudouna, which in the language of the Jin means 'removing defilements, compassionately saving, and pulling sentient beings out of suffering.'
