I, the king of the Tuṣita Heaven, wish to speak a great dhāraṇī, named qimituosudou, which in the language of the Jin means 'rescuing from all sickness and suffering, giving relief to the impoverished, and causing practitioners to swiftly attain the noble fruits of the two vehicles, just as heaven rains down, enabling farmers to harvest abundant fruit.'
