沐浴鬀頭報有五事：一者從十五日至十五日報，具沐浴剃頭應報；二者澡洗當報；三者除手足爪應報；四者自知常，若小小不應報；五者自知不應時，皆不應報。

In reporting bathing and head-shaving there are five matters: first, report from the fifteenth day to the fifteenth day, and fully report bathing and shaving the head as appropriate; second, report washing; third, report clipping fingernails and toenails; fourth, what one knows to be routine, or minor, need not be reported; fifth, what one knows to be untimely need not be reported at all.
