所有四事到他國不著袈裟無罪：一者無塔寺、二者無比丘僧、三者有盜賊、四者國君不樂道。

There are four circumstances under which going to another country without wearing the kāṣāya incurs no offense: first, there are no stūpas or monasteries; second, there is no bhikṣusaṅgha; third, there are bandits and thieves; fourth, the ruler of the land takes no delight in the Way.
