比丘至郡國縣長吏，有三事應往：一者為三師事故；二者為病死亡來呼比丘讀經故；三者請比丘飯故。

When a bhikṣu goes to the senior officials of a commandery or county, there are three matters for which he should go: first, on behalf of the affairs of the three masters; second, because someone is sick or has died and summons the bhikṣu to recite sūtras; third, because they invite the bhikṣu for a meal.
