2.36

當用手巾有五事：一者當拭上下頭；二者當用一頭拭手，以一頭拭面目；三者不得持拭鼻；四者以用拭膩污當即浣之；五者不得拭身體，若澡浴各當自有巾。

When using the hand-cloth, there are five matters: first, one should wipe the upper and lower ends; second, one should use one end to wipe the hands and use one end to wipe the face and eyes; third, one must not use it to wipe the nose; fourth, when it has been used to wipe grease and dirt, one should wash it immediately; fifth, one must not wipe the body with it; for bathing, each should have their own cloth.
