教人炊米有五事：一者當教待氣出而莊之；二者隨氣上米稍稍炊之；三者安正甑不得令氣泄；四者著米甑中隨覆之；五者已熟下之，亦當覆上莫使露也。

Instructing people to steam rice has five matters: 1. One should instruct them to wait until steam rises before loading it. 2. As the steam rises, add the rice and steam it little by little. 3. Place the steamer upright and do not let steam leak out. 4. As rice is put into the steamer, cover it immediately. 5. When it is cooked and taken down, one should also cover the top and not leave it exposed.
