2.81

復有五事：一者不得正對僧坐、二者不得先自檀罰人、三者語但順人意、四者白事不得增減人語、五者若有所分皆當調等。

There are further five matters: first, one must not sit directly facing the saṅgha; second, one must not take it upon oneself to penalize others arbitrarily; third, when speaking, one should only comply with people's minds; fourth, when reporting affairs, one must not add to or subtract from people's words; fifth, if there is a distribution, everything must be balanced and equal.
