問：「僧地，佛物用作障擁。擁裏先有井果菜，可食不？」答：「不得。若是檀越物作佛事，先要以果井菜施僧，得食；不要，不得食。若買，五倍價；若知不買而食，計錢多少皆犯罪。」

It was asked, "On saṅgha land, an enclosure is made with Buddha property. If within the enclosure there were previously a well, fruits, and vegetables, may they be consumed?" It was answered, "They may not. If a dānapati's property is used to perform a Buddha matter, and he first made an agreement that the fruits, well, and vegetables are donated to the saṅgha, they may be consumed; if he did not agree, they may not be consumed. If purchased, it must be five times the price; if one eats them knowingly without buying them, one commits an offence calculated according to the amount of money."
