問：「僧地，佛物用作都籬，籬裏先有井果菜，可食不？」答：「不得。若是檀越物作佛事，先要以果并菜施僧，得食。不要，不得食。若買，五倍價。若知不買而食，計錢多少犯罪。」

Question: "On saṃgha land, the Buddha's property was used to make an enclosure fence, and within the fence there were originally wells, fruits, and vegetables. May one eat them?" Answer: "One may not. If a dānapati's property was used to conduct Buddha affairs and he had made a prior agreement that the fruits and vegetables be offered to the saṃgha, then one may eat them. If there was no prior agreement, one may not eat them. If they are bought, it must be at five times the price. If one knows this and eats them without buying, the offense is reckoned according to the amount of money."
