問：「僧地起塔，用佛物作籬，籬裏可住不？」答：「若知而故入犯墮，不知不犯。若知故住，過三諫犯決斷，過四諫轉犯重。」

Question: "If a stūpa is erected on the saṃgha's land and a fence is made using the Buddha's property, may one dwell within the fence?" Answer: "If one enters intentionally knowing this, one commits a pāyattika; if one does not know, there is no offense. If one dwells there intentionally knowing this, then exceeding three admonitions is a saṃghāvaśeṣa offense; exceeding four admonitions further becomes a grave offense."
