1.11

問：「僧地起塔，用佛物作障擁，擁裏可住不？」答：「若知而故入犯墮，不知不犯。若知故住，過三諫，犯決斷；過四諫，轉犯重。」

It was asked, "If a stūpa is erected on saṅgha land, and an enclosure is made using Buddha property, may one dwell within the enclosure?" It was answered, "If one enters intentionally knowing this, it is an offence of pātayantika; if one does not know, it is not an offence. If one knowingly dwells there and exceeds three admonitions, it is an offence of defiance of admonition; if one exceeds four admonitions, it turns into a grave offence."
