問：「若人先許佛三會，然後作一會、或三行香、三布施。得了不？」答言：「不得。自違言有罪。」

Question: "If a person previously promised three assemblies to the Buddha, and then holds only one assembly, or offers incense three times, or gives three donations, is it fulfilled?" Answer: "It is not fulfilled. Violating one's own word incurs an offense."
