問：「先結界，後有大水、或掘坑長十五步、或復於中行欲，此界壞不？」答：「盡不壞。其人云，假使掘大坑深廣一由旬，界猶不壞，況小小坑耶！」

Question: "If a sīmā is established first, and later there is a great flood, or a ditch fifteen paces long is dug, or sexual misconduct is committed within it, is this sīmā ruined?" Answer: "None of these ruin it. That person said: even if a great pit one yojana deep and wide were dug, the sīmā would still not be ruined, how much less by a tiny ditch!"
