問：「二人同臘，小者前坐、大者後坐。前坐者已受歲，後者未受。於一月中何者應大？」答：「先大故大，計本日故。」

Question: "Two people have the same monastic seniority; the junior observed the earlier retreat, and the senior observed the later retreat. The earlier-retreat observer has already received monastic age, while the later one has not yet received it. During that one month, which one should be senior?" Answer: "The previously senior is still senior, calculating by the original day."
