「佛子！二、金剛海藏法寶。所謂自行十善、教人行十善，讚歎行十善者、讚歎十善法，現千佛土教化一切眾生，無相達觀皆成就故。

"Son of the Buddha! Second, the Dharma treasure of the vajra-ocean treasury. This refers to personally practicing the ten wholesome acts, teaching others to practice the ten wholesome acts, praising those who practice the ten wholesome acts, and praising the Dharma of the ten wholesome acts; manifesting in a thousand Buddha-lands to teach and transform all sentient beings, because signless, penetrative insight is completely fulfilled.
