2.10

「如我不喜面毀、兩舌、惡口，一切眾生亦復如是。是故菩薩，乃至喪失身命，終不妄言、兩舌，鬪亂彼此。

'Just as I do not delight in face-to-face slander, double-tongued speech, or harsh words, so too is it for all sentient beings. Therefore, the bodhisattva, even if it costs his body and life, will never speak falsely or with a double tongue to stir up strife between one and another.
