問曰：「若提婆達多罪不可救者，有經云：『若人歸佛者，不墮三惡道。』是義云何？」

Question: "If Devadatta's sins could not be saved, a sūtra says: 'If a person takes refuge in the Buddha, he will not fall into the three bad destinies.' What is the meaning of this?"
