2.42

遠離三假相，圓滿三實德，
以此因緣故，建立體真如。
遠離四句相，圓滿四法德，
以此因緣故，建立相真如。
一切過患行，三四相為本，
一切功德品，三四德為本；
以此因緣故，不增亦不減，
止於數量品，作如是安立。

"Far removed from the three provisional marks,
Perfecting the three real virtues,
By these causes and conditions,
Essence-tathatā is established.
Far removed from the marks of the four propositions,
Perfecting the four dharmic virtues,
By these causes and conditions,
Mark-tathatā is established.
All faulty practices
Have the three and four marks as their root;
All classes of merit
Have the three and four virtues as their root;
By these causes and conditions,
Neither increasing nor decreasing,
Resting in the category of quantity,
Such an establishment is made."
