3.21

讚曰：此陳所說法門之名。攝受一切法平等性者，謂攝一切染淨因果皆入平等性法界中，由此故能普勝眾惡，由此法門名普勝法。

The Praise states: This sets forth the name of the taught dharma gate. 'Gathering in the sameness of all dharmas' means gathering all causes and effects of defilement and purity into the dharmadhātu of sameness; through this, it can universally overcome all evils, so this dharma gate is called the universally victorious dharma.
