經曰：時薄伽梵說是經已，金剛手等諸大菩薩，及餘天眾，聞佛所說皆大歡喜，信受奉行。
The sūtra says: "At that time, when the Bhagavat had finished preaching this sūtra, Vajrapāṇi and the other great bodhisattvas, as well as the remaining hosts of devas, hearing what the Buddha had spoken, rejoiced greatly, and received it with faith and practiced it."
