經曰：一切垢穢本性清淨極照明故能令世間惡法清淨，一切惡法本性清淨極照明故能令世間生死清淨。
The Sūtra says: "Because the purity of intrinsic nature of all stains and defilements extremely illuminates, it can cause bad dharmas in the world to become pure; because the purity of intrinsic nature of all bad dharmas extremely illuminates, it can cause saṃsāra in the world to become pure.
