讚曰：由能觀智觀染淨法本性清淨，故住煩惱不為染污，悟本性故。此說離過。

The Commentary says: Because the contemplating wisdom contemplates the purity of intrinsic nature of defiled and pure dharmas, although one dwells in defilement, one is not defiled by it, because one has awakened to the intrinsic nature. This explains separation from faults.
