The commentary says: From here on is the third part, the virtue that its location should be revered. In whatever place, the place is revered; on whatever person, the person is honored; this can be understood following the text. A 'Buddha's caitya' was formerly called a zhiti, which is a stupa-shrine. If a stupa-shrine enshrining the relic bones of the nirmāṇakāya is still to be revered and adorned, how much more so this dharmakāya—could it be without offerings?
