The Commentary says: Because the nature of the observed object is free from conceptual proliferation, the contemplating wisdom is also free from conceptual proliferation, since it knows things as they truly are. Because both this object and wisdom are completely free from conceptual proliferation, one is separated from all conceptual discriminations of saṃsāra, and completely subdues all evil dharmas.
