The Commentary says: This fourth section uses contemplation and the illumination of wisdom to reveal the sphere of practice. Within the text there are three parts, all explained as before. Because the contemplating wisdom realizes the purity of intrinsic nature of all dharmas, the wisdom of the marks of conceptual discrimination is completely abandoned, which is called "naturally pure"; now it is named "attaining purity". "The sameness of all dharmas" is precisely True Suchness, the compassionate practice of the Sovereign of Contemplation (Avalokiteśvara). "The wondrous wisdom-seal" is the practice of wisdom. Furthermore, this Sovereign of Contemplation is precisely the wondrous wisdom-seal, because it seals the sameness of all dharmas. The rest of the text can be understood accordingly.
