無著釋者，十八差別之中此為第七願淨佛土，離障住處十二之中第三為離小攀緣作念修道，故小攀緣者，謂作有形相莊嚴淨土，如求西方，觀日、水等也。

As for Asaṅga's explanation: among the eighteen distinctions, this is the seventh, the vow to purify the Buddha-land; among the twelve of the ādhāra of leaving hindrances, it is the third, leaving the cultivation of the path with conceptualization of lesser objects of clinging. 'Lesser objects of clinging' refers to producing adornment of pure lands with concrete forms, such as seeking the West and contemplating the sun, water, and so forth.
