就此之中，文有其五，初、佛問恒沙，次、善現答是沙，次、寄恒沙為喻問，次、善現答甚多，第五、佛廣成，此初也。

Within this, the text has five [parts]: first, the Buddha asks about the Ganges sands; second, Subhūti answers that it is sand; third, relying on the Ganges sands as an analogy, he asks; fourth, Subhūti answers that they are exceedingly many; fifth, the Buddha broadly establishes it. This is the first.
