述曰，世親云，「此示彼相續顛倒」也，謂「以過去、未來故不可得，現在心虛妄分別故不可得，如是示彼心住顛倒，諸識虛妄，以世觀故」。
The commentary states: Vasubandhu says, "This shows the inversion of their continuity." That is, "Because of past and future, they are unobtainable; because the present mind is a deceptive conceptualization, it is unobtainable. Thus it shows the inversion of their mind's abiding, the deceptiveness of all consciousnesses, from worldly contemplation."
