2.310

述曰，世親云，此第二明法身一、化身多也。於中有二，初、以微塵為喻，次、以世界為喻。前中初、佛問，次、善現答，此初也。

The commentary states: Vasubandhu says: This is the second [part], clarifying that the dharmakāya is one while the manifestation bodies are many. Within it there are two parts: first, using fine dust as a metaphor; next, using the world as a metaphor. Within the former: first, the Buddha asks; next, Subhūti answers; this is the first.
