2.47

無著云，自下第十四為離寂靜味，即十二離障中第十為離闕少智資糧故，謂有耽禪定，不肯聽聞而修智慧，為闕少智資糧，今令受、持、讀誦，發生智慧，故方得菩提，定是福門故，但能助道也。

Asaṅga says: From here below is the fourteenth [ādhāra], for abandoning the relish of quiescence, which is the tenth among the twelve [ādhāras for] abandoning obstacles, which is for abandoning the lack of the provision of wisdom. That is, there are those who indulge in dhyāna-concentration and are unwilling to listen and cultivate wisdom, resulting in a lack of the provision of wisdom; now they are instructed to receive, uphold, read, and recite to generate wisdom, so that they may then attain bodhi. Because concentration is a gateway of merit, it merely assists the path.
